Straw(s) floor work
Goals for this Section:
Maintain constant contact between the spine and the floor
Move first one leg, then both legs together while maintaining spinal contact and posture
Notice how the Abdominal Cylinder in Dead Bug stays engaged both while breathing silently AND while phonating- there should be no change in feeling!
Work on feeling the difference between when the abdominal cylinder is firing and when it is totally relaxed.
