Goals for this Section:

  • Maintain constant contact between the spine and the floor

  • Move first one leg, then both legs together while maintaining spinal contact and posture

  • Notice how the Abdominal Cylinder in Dead Bug stays engaged both while breathing silently AND while phonating- there should be no change in feeling!

  • Work on feeling the difference between when the abdominal cylinder is firing and when it is totally relaxed.
